Installation

  1. Visit the Chrome Web Store
  2. Click Add to Chrome
  3. Confirm the installation when prompted

Initial Setup

1. Google Account Authorization

  1. Click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar
  2. Click Settings (gear icon) in the popup
  3. Click Authorize Google Sheets
  4. Select your Google account
  5. Grant the requested permissions

2. Configure Google Sheets

  1. In the settings page, click Add Spreadsheet
  2. Select the Google Sheet you want to use
  3. The sheet will be added to your authorized list
  4. You can add multiple sheets for different purposes

Using the Extension

Export Email to Google Sheets

  1. Open any email in Gmail
  2. Click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar
  3. In the popup:
    • Select your target spreadsheet from the dropdown
    • Choose whether to include PDF (optional)
    • Click Export to Sheets
  4. The email data will be saved to your selected spreadsheet

Export Email as PDF

  1. Open any email in Gmail
  2. Click the extension icon
  3. Switch to the PDF tab
  4. Click Download PDF
  5. The PDF will be saved to your downloads folder
